After being mobile all day, I was sitting on my sofa doing paperwork for about an hour. When I attempted to stand up, I could not get up or move without experiencing excruciating pain in my right posterior rib area and lower near my right hip. If I had had to call the ambulance myself, it would’ve been very difficult (because of my pain and my being upset) to give them all the info that Life Alert has on file.
